Ingredients || 2 Servings

  • Udon noodles: 400g
  • Recommended Toppings (amount to your favor)
    • Lettuce
    • Canned Tuna
    • Tomato
    • Cucumber
    • Boiled egg
    • Corn
    • Tofu
    • Broccoli
    • Boiled sliced pork ("Shabu-Shabu")
  • Dressing  (Soy sauce based dressing will match well) or Metsuyu

 Directions

  1. Slice/cut the vegetables 
  2. Boil the udon noodles, rinse with cold water and drain well (boiling time specified on product guide).
  3. Move the noodles to a bowl and put toppings
  4. Add dressing to your favor
